What's Happening

Dear Senior Parent:

     Aspiring young chefs Cana Brumfield, 5a, Erin Oerle, 5a, and Wren Brumfield, 3a, participated in the East Baton Rouge Parish 4-H Cajun Cookery Contest held at the LSU Burden Center in March. Competing as a team, they won blue ribbons in the sugar division for their “Chocolate Corks.”

    Runnels alum Laura Welch ('09), who graduated from LSU with a bachelor's degree in art this May, was profiled as an up-and-coming local artist in the June issue of Baton Rouge Town Favorites magazine.
